E-Connect Send Bulk Mail

For Email Marketing options click on CRM, which will open the E-Connect application.

To Add an Email Template

  1. Go to Email Templates>Marketing
  2. To add, click on Add Letter
  3. Enter Letter Name, Description, and Submitted by
  4. Select one of the templates and Next
  5. Mouse over each block to get the options to edit, copy or delete the block
  6. Click Save when you are done with the changes.

To Modify an Email Template

  1. To modify existing letter, go to Email Templates>Marketing
  2. Go to the letter name and click Edit Icon to open the letter editor
  3. Use the letter editor toolbar to change the font, insert images or hyperlinks.
  4. Highlight the text that needs to be changed, and use the toolbar to select font changes.
  5. To insert web links, highlight the text and click on the Hyperlink icon and paste the actual URL in the box, and click OK
  6. To insert an image, be sure it is .jpg format. When you click on the image icon, you will be prompted to Upload Image.
  7. After uploading an image, browse and insert it into the letter.
  8. Be sure to Save Changes before closing.

To Send Bulk Email

  1. Go to Email Templates>Marketing
  2. Select the checkbox next to the letter you want to send as a bulk email.
  3. Click Email button
  4. Enter Mail name for your reference in the Sales Reports.
  5. Add other filters, by selecting options in the Filter Records box
  6. Click “Email” when you are ready to proceed to the preview screen.
  7. In the preview screen, you will be able to see the filtered email list.
  8. If you want to remove any email from receiving this bulk email, then click the checkbox next to the address and “remove”
  9. Enter the Subject for the bulk email.
  10. Click Preview if you wish to verify the contents.
  11. When you are ready, click Send.
  12. At the end of the sending process, it will display a screen saying Email is finished.
