To Add an Email Template
- Go to Setup>Front Office>Reservation Letters
- To add, click on Add Letter
- Enter Letter Name, Description, and Submitted by
- Select one of the templates and Next
- Mouse over each block to get the options to edit, copy or delete the block
- Click Save when you are done with the changes.
To Modify an Email Template
- To modify existing letter, go to Email Templates>Marketing
- Go to the letter name and click Edit Icon to open the letter editor
- Use the letter editor toolbar to change the font, insert images or hyperlinks.
- Highlight the text that needs to be changed, and use the toolbar to select font changes.
- To insert web links, highlight the text and click on the Hyperlink icon and paste the actual URL in the box, and click OK
- To insert an image, be sure it is .jpg format. When you click on the image icon, you will be prompted to Upload Image.
- After uploading an image, browse and insert it into the letter.
- Be sure to Save Changes before closing.
