Updating Password

UPDATE ADMIN PASSWORD

  1. Go to Setup >> Front Office >> Basic >> Property Info

  2. Once the Property Details window pops up, click Modify Property

  3. Under Login Details find the Password field and click the Update button next to it
  4. The Forgot Password? pop-up window will ask you to verify the credentials you want to send the Reset Password link to. If the credentials look okay, click Send

  5. Once you receive this email, click OK and please check the email address tied to the Admin login credentials
  6. An email like the one below will be sent to the admin’s email on file. Click the link to open the Password Recovery Wizard
  7. The Password Recovery Wizard will open in a new tab and you can enter then new admin password. You can check the box “Show password” to see the new password you typed. Once the new password has been entered in both the New Password and the Confirm Password fields, click Submit

 

UPDATE STAFF PASSWORD

  1. Go to Setup >> Front Office >> Employee >> Staff List

  2. Once the Staff List is displayed, click on the individual name of the staff to open their credentials configurations
  3. Each staff has their own setup like this. From this Staff Setup screen, click the Update button next to the Password field
  4. A pop-up window will ask you to verify the credentials of the staff you want to send the Reset Password link. If the credentials look okay, click Send.
  5. Once you receive this message, please ask your staff to check their email:
  6. An email like the one below will be sent to the staff’s email on file. The staff needs to click the link to enter a new password.
  7. In the Password Recovery Wizard, the staff can enter their new password. You can check the box “Show password” to see the new password you typed. Once the staff has entered the new password in both the New Password and the Confirm Password fields, click Submit.

Now, every time the staff needs to log in, they can log in with their NEW password. We recommend writing down this password and keeping it safe.
