Module 3: Custom HTML Pages
Requirement for GraceSoft to create a custom HTML pages, that Eleven Eleven will upload to their own website, https://1111central.nabrnetwork.com/home.php

Module 1 – Condo & Holiday Restrictions
1. Reservation Restriction
- Maximum of 6 nights allowed per booking
- Maximum of 2 rooms booked at a time
These reservation restrictions in Easy Innkeeping are governed by Reservation Rules. Minimum Night Stay, Maximum Rooms to be reserved
- To access the Reservation Rules, go to Setup>>Advanced>Reservation Rules
Reservation Rules Setup
To create a new Reservation Rule (in our example, we will create a Rule for a two-night minimum on weekends only), follow these steps:
- Click Add on the Reservation Rules List
- Select the Date Range that the Rule applies to
- Select the Days of the Week that will be affected. In this case, Friday and Saturday for “weekend only”. Note: Do not select days that are not affected by the rule.
- Select the Room Types that the Rule will apply to
- Select which Modules that the Rule will apply to: Front Office – the PMS Calendar, Booking Engine – Easy WebRez online booking, or Online Travel Agents – Booking.com and Expedia.
- Under Booking Engine Rules, enter Maximum Number of Nights and Maximum Rooms to be reserved.
- Click SAVE at the bottom of the screen to apply the Reservation Rule.
2. Holiday & Annual Reservation Restriction
Overview:
The Condo Owner module now includes a new option to set limits for Owner Reservations on an annual basis. Reservations limits can be set per year, and also a separate limit set for number of holiday bookings allowed per year.
Note: In the condo owner page, make sure the username is filled with an email address. Please refer to Condo Owner instructions for setting up the list of Condo Owners.
To Add Annual Reservation Restriction for Condo Owners:
- Go to Setup >> Front Office >> Default Settings, under “Condo Owner Settings”, select the checkbox for “Reservation Restriction” and enter the No. of reservations that can be allowed for a year in the textbox.
- In the condo owner portal when the owner makes a reservation which exceeds the number of allocated reservations in the year, it will show an alert.
To Add Holiday Restriction:
- Navigate to Setup >> Front Office >> Default Settings, under “Condo Owner Settings,” select the checkbox for “Holiday Reservation Restriction” and enter No of Holiday reservations that can be allowed for a year in the textbox.
- Go to Setup >> Rate Setup and then click on the “Seasons and Holidays Definition” to define dates for Holidays.
- In the condo owner portal when the owner makes a reservation on dates defined under Seasons and Holidays; which is exceeds the number of allocated reservations for holiday reservation restriction, it will show an alert.
Note: In the condo owner page, make sure the username is filled with an email address.
Module 2 – Condo Owner Portal – Online Booking Engine
Overview:
GraceSoft’s Condo Owner Portal can be linked to an existing site and provided to Condo Owners as a tool to check availability on Condo units and/or reserve online.
3. Online Booking Engine Setup
Unit Setup
- Go to Setup>>Basic>>Unit Setup and click on the Unit Name.
- Each Unit that is available for online reservations, select “Yes” next to Online Room.
- Under “Upload Picture”, click on the Browse button and find the first Image to upload. The images will display in the order they are uploaded. Upload them one at a time, Saving Changes each time.
- a. The image size should be less than 2 MB
- b. Image Resolution – 660px Width and 430px Height
- c. Image Format – Gif, Png, Jpg
- Unit Description and Amenities will automatically display (Amenities List is found under Advanced Settings).
- Make sure that the Max. Occupancy is correct. Click Save Changes
Terms and Conditions (Policies)
- Go to Setup>>Advanced>>Policies. And click on Add Policy.
- The Policy Number determines the order in which the Policies display.
- The Policy Name will show as the Title when the policies are displayed. Policy Type can be the same text as Policy Name.
- Policy Description is where the verbiage of the Policy is entered.
- Under “Display On”, check Easy WebRez to display the Policy in the Terms and Conditions for online bookings. Check Invoice to display the Policy when printing the Invoice. Check Online Standalone Shopping Cart to display the Policy there.
- Click Save.
Deposits & Discounts
To define Deposit requirements, and any special discounts or promotions:
- Go to Setup>>Web Booking>>Advanced Easy WebRez
- Click on Booking Engine Settings
- Enter Deposit Type and click Save Changes.
4. Condo Owner Setup
Setup Owner Information
Owner of Units are setup and maintained in this screen. To access the Owner Information screen, click on Condo > Condo Owner Details in the main menu. The Owner Information screen is displayed as shown below.
To Add Condo Owner
- Click on the Add Condo Owner button.
- Enter Condo Owner Name, Condo Owner Address. Continue entering the Phone Number, City, State, Zip, and Country information.
- In Owner Percentage, enter the percentage of revenue provided to the owner.
- In Management percentage, enter the percentage of revenue retained by management.
- For Eleven Eleven Central; Enter the Condo Owner’s email address as the Online User Name. Enter the Condo Unit number as the Password.
- After entering the Owner information, click on the Save Condo Owner button.
5. Condo Owner Portal– Making a Reservation
The following Online Booking link is where Condo Owners will go to make online reservations. This will be linked from the Condo Management’s web site.

1. From the Condo Management’s website, the user will click on Book Now
2. Upon opening the Online Booking link, the user will be prompted to enter their username and password.
3. For Eleven Eleven Central; Enter the Condo Owner’s email address as the Online User Name. Enter the Condo Unit number as the Password.
4. User can view Available dates by scrolling through the Calendar, any dates not available will display in orange. When ready to make a reservation, user selects arrival and departure date, number of guests and clicks Book Now.
5. Available Suites will display, user makes selection and clicks Book Now, and Next to proceed.
6. User is required to review policies and click I Agree.
7. To complete booking, user can enter their email to load their contact details, or enter details in the form, payment information and Finish to confirm the reservation.
8. Guest will receive an automatic email confirmation and will be charged 1 night’s deposit.
Module 3: Custom HTML Pages
Eleven Eleven Central requested two custom HTML pages as introductory and policy pages before Condo Owners proceed to the online booking. These pages will be provided to their webmaster for https://1111central.nabrnetwork.com/home.php.
