Troubleshooting EASY WEBREZ (EWR)

Client reported an issue in EWR V2
- Support for EWR V2 has been discontinued. All clients are advised to upgrade to EWR V3. To activate EWR V3, go to Super Admin >> Display Features and set Online Reservations 3.0 to “Yes”. Lastly, give the new EWR V3 link to the client. All they need to do is update the booking link on their sites.
Change Deposit for EWR reservations:
- To change Deposit amount collected at time of booking, go to Setup >> Web Browsing >> Booking Engine Settings >> select the amount to be collected by using the drop-down menu.
Close online reservations:
- Go to Booking Engine Settings >> +More >> under Reservation and Rate Settings section >> check “Do not allow Online Reservations after” and set a cutoff date or number of days in the future. This will automatically cut off any reservation coming in after the days or date specified.
Room pictures displayed:
- Pictures in EWR are displayed by the setting set in the Booking Engine Settings. If set to Room Type, only the photos uploaded to the Room Type setup will be displayed.
