Troubleshooting Staff Logins & CC Password

Property unable to log in:
- Is their account locked? Or is it a password issue? Log in to their account to check. If their account is locked, please refer them to the Billing Department (create a ticket and assign to Acct Representative). If the Billing Department is closed (After Hours), go ahead and grant the client enough time to log in until the Billing Department reopens. For example, if a client cannot log in on a Saturday because their account is locked, give them two more days to be able to log in. To extend the cutoff/lock date, go into the Super Admin and change the listed date in the LastDate field:
- To reset their password, clients can click the “Forgot Password” link in the login screen, enter the Property Short Name and the Username to request the reset password link.
Resetting the Admin password:
- Clients MUST verify themselves before we make any changes. Once they have verified themselves, go to the Super Admin and change their password from there. NOTE: CC Password might require being changed as well if login credentials are updated in the Super Admin.
Add a phone number to receive the Verification Code by text:
- To add a phone number to the Staff login (to receive Verification Code), remember there always needs to be a number one (1) in front of the area code. Example: (713)981-5300 à 17139815300
View the CC Password:
- Client must be the only staff logged into the system and go to Setup >> Property Info >> View Details >> click the eye icon next to the CC Password field.
