9 Support Sets up EIK-ASP Account for Upgrade
- Support team receives a new ticket
- Support team contacts customer and schedules retrieval of current data.
Upgrades are STARTED only Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday so its completed before the weekend. - Support team converts data and tests it.
- For Versions 3.2, 4.0 – Current year and future reservations are upgraded.
- For earlier versions – only guest data is upgraded
- NOTES are NOT upgraded
- LETTERS are NOT upgraded

Enable any modules listed in ticket
- Log out and check to see if their info works https://apps.gracesoft.com/pms6/login.asp
- Send EIK-ASP login email to CUSTOMER and billing@gracesoft.com
- Send instructions for Brower Setup to customer.
- Call customer and review following
- Verify with goto that browser settings are all correct.
- Shortcut setup
- Inform and email Training schedule
- Close ticket.
